Jason's impressive career includes performances with legendary musicians such as Arturo Sandoval, Jane Monheit, Kim Richmond, Wayne Bergeron, Andy Martin, Van Alexander, and George Benson. An accomplished educator, Jason is a sought-after coach and clinician at various schools while maintaining a thriving private studio where he teaches saxophone, flute, clarinet, and piano.
Jason holds a Master of Music in Jazz Studies from California State University Long Beach, where he was a Bob Cole Scholar and performed as lead alto saxophonist in the award-winning CSULB Concert Jazz Orchestra. He also earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Minnesota: Twin Cities, double-majoring in saxophone performance and music education.
